Our Management Fee covers nearly all costs related to managing your property, including 3-monthly inspections, setting us apart from other agencies. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to make property management as seamless as possible.

That's why we provide a full schedule of our service costs before you even contact us, there are no surprises and no obligations.

 

If you're not happy with our service you can quit by simply giving 21 days notice, we will then seamlessly transfer your property's management file without compromising your service.

Our very competitive letting fee includes credit checks, of up to 4 tenants ($9 for each tenant >4) and all other relevant background checks. Why lose your full first weeks rent?

We also take pride in offering our landlords a capped Management Fee. We believe that regardless of your property's value, you shouldn't have to pay more than 6.50% or $37 per week to manage your property, whichever is lower.
