Our Management Fee covers nearly all costs related to managing your property, including 3-monthly inspections, setting us apart from other agencies. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to make property management as seamless as possible.
That's why we provide a full schedule of our service costs before you even contact us, there are no surprises and no obligations.
We're so confident in our service that we don't lock you into a contract. If you're not happy with our service you can end our agreement by simply giving 21 days notice, we'll then transfer your property's management file back to you or another agent with minimal disruption to your tenants.
Our very competitive letting fee includes credit checks and background checks. Why lose your full first weeks rent? We can access Court, Police, Parole and Tribunal databases through our management software to ensure we find quality tenants for your property.
We also take pride in offering our landlords a capped Management Fee. We believe that regardless of your property's value, you shouldn't have to pay more than 6.50% or $37 per week to manage your property, whichever is less!

Kimpton Property Management partners with MRI Palace, trust accounting management software to deliver our services. This tool enables us to handle rent and invoice payments for tenants, identify arrears, complete inspection reports, provide monthly statements for owners, and ensure payments to our valued suppliers. Owners are given access to an owner portal account, allowing them to see what's happening with their property at any time.
When it's time to find new tenants, we partner with Tenancy Practice Services to conduct thorough background checks, accessing police records, courts, the Tenancy Tribunal, parole information, and other essential databases to ensure we select reliable tenants. We also obtain credit reports for applicants throughrix and Equifax. Once a tenant is approved, we draft tenancy agreements that safeguard your investment and comply with the Residential Tenancy Act 1986.
