Tenant Screening and Selection

Tenant screening and selection is vital in property management to ensure reliable tenants. We perform thorough background checks, including credit and rental histories, to assess suitability. This minimises risks of late payments and property damage, protecting your investment and maintaining property integrity.


Rent Collection and Financial Reporting

We streamline rent collection, financial reporting, and arrears management for the effective oversight of rental properties. Property Inspections

As part of our management fee, we provide 3-monthly routine inspections to ensure your property remains in excellent condition at no extra cost. According to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, at the owner's request ,we can arrange for additional inspections every four weeks for an additional fee.
